*	Bridal makeup is free with 5 or more paid services
*	Junior Bridesmaid [15 - 17 yrs]	$45
*	Flower Girl Makeup [younger than 14 yrs]	$25

Consultations
*	Complimentary Consultation - Initial meeting to discuss makeup ideas. No makeup or hair services.	Free

*	Makeup Consultation - Optional but highly recommended. This service includes a complete trial run of makeup application	$50

Additional
*	Reservation Fee Non-refundable deposit* to secure date and times Deposit will be applied towards final bill. Starlastyle is not able to travel without a minimum of 4 services.	$50
*	Early Morning Fee - Arrival at event before 8 am	$25
*	Travel Fee - 50 miles roundtrip Additional $0.35/mile over 50 miles roundtrip	$25
*	Valet/Parking - billed on wedding day	TBD
*	Assistant Fee	$50

*Non-refundable deposit is due in order to book event date. The event day is not booked until the reservation fee has been received
and your date is not reserved until your check has cleared the bank. Please complete, sign and return the contract with the reservation
fee to guarantee your date. You may email, fax, mail or personally deliver at your consultation the contract and fees.

StarlaStyle often books more than one event on Saturdays. In order to work your event we require the following:

Total number of services booked for event as soon as possible with $50 reservation fee
50% deposit for services paid within thirty days of the scheduled and booked event date

Cancellation Policy: StarlaStyle understands that events may be canceled for unforeseen reasons. However, we require a
written notice of cancellations in advance. All applicable fees such as travel, assistant, early morning and parking fees may
be due in full. Once your date is scheduled no other events can be scheduled for that day. Please download and
read our contract.
